Hello David, I like the steel studs bolted to the concrete slab. I will be stealing that idea and using it somewhere. We use timber stud wall frames of a similar height in our barn area but we must remove them when finished. Canberra is still very busy regarding the building trade. We will go to approx 400 carpentry students next year so we are forever building and demolishing. Roofs of all types are great for the students to calculate and build, a lot of learning in them.
