Our days are quite busy – but a usually lot of fun too. We have theory classes from 8.00AM until 12:00 PM. The theory content includes technical drawings related to a given project. We find this to be very benificial in helping our apprentices conceptualise theie project.
Our practical skills classes in the workshops go from 12:30AM – 4:30 PM. This is most active part of the day - and many would say their favourite part of the day!
Our workshops are relatively small - but they work very well for us. Their are three workshops side by side with 9 workstations/benches in each one. The maximum size of a class is 15 students. - so some our apprentices will share a bench.
Is the normal number of student in the class 15 students, or how do you do if there are more students? Do they work with something else during this time?
