My name is David Lowery, I used to teach Carpentry and Joinery at Barry College of Further Education in South Wales in the United Kingdom.
Now, I work in the Carpentry and Joinery Department at Midland, Western Australia where we train a variety of students ranging from the 'Pre-Apprentice in Schools' Programme, Family of Trades, Pre-Apprentices, Indentured Apprentices and International Students. I have worked at Midland for 12 months.

Hello David! What is the 'Pre-Apprentice in Schools' Programme? How old are the students and how long does that program last? I am interested because I wonder if it is somewhat similar to a program in Sweden called Vocational introduction. (This is for students who don't attend a regular three-year program.) What courses/levels do the 'Pre-Apprentice in Schools' Programme provide and what is the normal pathway after this program?
ReplyDeleteHello David! The school looks very modern like, how old is the school? My second question is if the sky is always blue as in the pictures?
