Great pictures. So is a first grade student the same as a first year student?
In Australia our students can be indentured for either 3 or 4 years. We try and finish all their training in 3 years - the employer sign them off when he feels they are at a tradesman's standard
Hi Nils, its about 240 square meters and we have 16 students at the time. They stay at this station in 6 days then they move on and we have another grup of 16 students.
